Program Overview
This graduate program is built for ambitious, motivated graduates who want to start their careers in a fast-moving technology environment and help deliver essential IT services that support customers around the world. The role is aimed at people who want to learn, contribute meaningfully, and build a strong professional base early in their career.

Program Locations
This graduate intake is available across several New Zealand locations, including Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. The listed location for this opportunity is Wellington.
Graduate Pathways
- Application Developer: Build, test, and program applications for clients.
- Technical Consulting: Work with customers to improve their business using DXC’s services and expertise.
- Software Engineering: Design, create, test, and assess software solutions.
- Test Analyst: Plan, design, and evaluate applications and products for clients.
- Business Analyst: Use analysis to connect business needs with IT solutions and support decision-making.
- Business Consulting: Partner with customers to improve their business through DXC’s offerings.
- Project Management: Organize, oversee, and guide customer projects through to completion.
- Sales: Develop business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Service Delivery Coordinator: Support the delivery of critical services for clients’ applications.
Eligibility
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents. They must also have finished all requirements for their university degree or Polytechnic diploma no earlier than November 2024, and must be due to complete all course requirements no later than February 2027.
