Program Overview
This Graduate Program is tailored for innovative and motivated graduates eager to join a dynamic global leader and leverage technology to deliver critical IT services that advance global operations. Emphasizing individual growth, the program supports building a strong career foundation, applying academic knowledge, and exploring new career paths.
Graduate Specializations
- Application Developer: Design, develop, and test software applications for clients.
- Technical Consulting: Work alongside clients to enhance business processes using DXC's expertise.
- Software Engineering: Engage in software design, development, testing, and evaluation.
- Test Analyst: Develop and assess application and product testing methodologies.
- Business Analyst: Facilitate communication between IT and business teams to inform decision-making.
- Business Consulting: Partner with clients to improve business operations leveraging DXC's solutions.
- Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and completion of client projects.
- Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Service Delivery Coordinator: Manage service delivery for critical client applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or hold Permanent Resident status.
- Degree or diploma completion should be no earlier than November 2024, and all academic requirements must be fulfilled by February 2027.
