Marriott International presents an exciting opportunity to recent university graduates through its 2026 Voyage Global Leadership Development Program in Rooms Operations at its Singapore location. About Voyage Program
Voyage is an award-winning, full-time paid development initiative designed to cultivate future leaders by combining practical discipline-specific training with leadership curriculum. Conducted on-site at Marriott-managed hotels, the program spans 18 months and is offered globally in more than 50 countries.
Participants engage in real-world projects, mini-rotations across different hotel functions, and connect with senior leaders and past participants, gaining comprehensive exposure to the hospitality business.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
