Role Overview
The Writer will develop persuasive, easy-to-read content for real estate audiences across a variety of formats. This includes property write-ups, video scripts, social media copy, blog articles, and broader marketing assets. The role involves studying properties and market movements, working closely with video, design, and marketing colleagues, and adjusting tone and style based on the channel and client brief. The position is full-time and based on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with regular collaboration with local teammates and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Day to day, the writer will produce audience-focused copy that presents properties and marketing messages in a compelling way. They will gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions to create accurate content, and they will also review, polish, and improve existing drafts. Maintaining a consistent brand voice, contributing content ideas, and supporting campaign storytelling are also important parts of the job.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong command of writing and storytelling is essential, along with the ability to adapt content for websites, social media, scripts, email, and print. The ideal candidate can research real estate topics and turn that information into clear, convincing copy while paying close attention to grammar, formatting, and overall quality. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media practices is valuable, especially in property-related work. Applicants should be comfortable working on site in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and handling multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent English communication skills are required, while additional languages are an advantage. A background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also acceptable. Previous exposure to real estate or property marketing is helpful but not mandatory.
