Role Overview

We are seeking experienced welders skilled in TIG and MIG welding techniques to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to comprehend engineering drawings, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality welding standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute welding tasks following approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and engineering blueprints.
• Ensure that all welds comply with the required visual and dimensional quality criteria.
• Prepare and clean workpieces before welding and conduct inspections post-welding.
• Maintain accurate welding documentation aligning with production and quality assurance standards.
• Follow supervisory guidance and meet daily output goals.
• Observe all safety rules and maintain a tidy work area.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI or Diploma in Welding, Fitting, or similar trades.
• Between 2 to 5 years’ experience in welding, fabrication, or related industrial machinery fields; however, skilled freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in TIG and GMAW (MIG/MAG) welding methods.
• Capable of reading technical drawings and welding symbols accurately.
• Knowledgeable about welding defects, quality control standards, and preventive processes.
• Familiar with welding safety practices and proper personal protective equipment use.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 INR.
