Key responsibilities
- Work flexible shifts as needed
- Pick customer orders using an automated voice-directed picking system
- Stack goods into stable, secure, and accurate pallets
- Handle products that may weigh up to 60 lbs
- Load and unload trucks
- Carry out tasks safely and efficiently
- Prepare and complete reports
- Follow the team lead’s directions carefully
Physical requirements and work environment
- Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs repeatedly for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent credential
- Strong team-oriented mindset
- Good physical fitness for hands-on warehouse work
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills to complete paperwork accurately
Nice-to-have experience
- Experience operating a walkie rider or forklift
- Prior warehouse experience
