About Site Ware Direct
Established in 2004, Site Ware Direct is a family-owned company providing safety workwear, PPE, barricading, and safety equipment solutions predominantly for the Mining, Construction, and Oil & Gas sectors. The team focuses on understanding client safety needs while ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery, and excellent customer service for a seamless safety procurement experience.
Role Purpose
This role encompasses a variety of warehouse responsibilities including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders daily within set deadlines.
- Receive incoming goods and verify deliveries.
- Restock and rotate inventory accordingly.
- Ensure all goods movement follows official documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Support review and adjustment of warehouse and product layouts.
- Break down stock into smaller units as needed.
- Perform general warehouse tasks as required.
- Assist in managing inventory to prevent stock shortages and lost sales.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations to support inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with team members to keep product information like images, codes, and descriptions current.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize daily operations efficiency.
- Be flexible to take on other duties as required within the small business environment.
- Operate walk-behind forklift equipment.
- Use order picker and wave systems effectively.
- Conduct local deliveries during the week.

Skills, Experience & Education
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Physical capability to handle lifting items up to 20 kilograms.
- Possession of a full driver’s license is essential.
- Forklift license is preferred but not mandatory.
