Role Overview
The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations within the Distribution Center, emphasizing efficient stock management, proper handling, adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices, maintenance of the cold chain, and prompt dispatch of products. Collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Order Management teams is essential to maintain inventory accuracy and service standards.
Key Duties
- Handle receipt, loading, unloading, and storage of stock.
- Conduct inventory tracking, stock counts, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO protocols and cold chain requirements in warehouse procedures.
- Coordinate activities for order picking, dispatches, and stock movements between warehouses.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies, losses, and damages while keeping precise records.
- Manage tracking and reconciliation of crates and returnable materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
- Record inventory and operational data accurately in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Generate daily reports on inventory and dispatch using Microsoft Excel.
- Liaise with Logistics and Order Management teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum graduation in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
- Sound understanding of inventory control, FIFO methodology, and cold chain logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/WMS is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong coordination, and effective problem-solving abilities.
