About the Role
Indra Group is a leader in developing innovative technology aimed at enhancing national and global security. We ensure the seamless operation of critical infrastructure projects worldwide by maintaining efficient warehouse and asset management systems. We are looking to expand our logistics team in Saudi Arabia by hiring a Warehouse Coordinator with proven expertise in warehouse operations, inventory oversight, and asset control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and asset management by keeping precise records of project assets, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, distribution, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
- Assist in logistics functions including coordinating deliveries, shipments, and transportation.
- Coordinate procurement logistics and monitor the timely receipt of materials from suppliers.
- Handle the allocation, transfer, and handover of company assets and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels to identify when replenishment is necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, environmental standards, and warehouse best practices.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate logistics and asset documentation.
- Implement and monitor environmental protocols by managing proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, asset administration, or project coordination.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, asset management, and procurement logistics.
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and operate effectively within multidisciplinary project environments; experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
