About the Role
Rainbow Integrated Multitech is looking for a Design Engineer – Exterior Lighting for its automotive lighting design work in Chennai. The role is suited to someone who has practical experience in exterior lighting components and can contribute to design development from concept through detailed CAD output.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop design solutions for automotive exterior lighting parts.
- Build both 3D and 2D CAD models as part of the design process.
- Handle headlamp and tail lamp design activities.
- Maintain the expected design quality across deliverables.
- Work closely with project teams to align outputs with project requirements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have direct experience in automotive lighting design and be comfortable working with CATIA V5, plastic part design, and lighting components such as headlamps and tail lamps.
Eligibility
Applicants with a B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, a B.Des. in Product Design, or any graduate degree may apply.
