Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and recommend suitable food and beverage pairings, as well as suggest upsell options.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient, and friendly service consistent with the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding environment at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Provide professional, polite, and adaptable service in alignment with Rixos performance standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility by rotating through various subdepartments within the Food & Beverage Division or other hotel departments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• New graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Strong adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operational standards.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
