Job Description
We are looking to hire Food & Beverage Waiters / Stewards for our Pizza Express locations in Bengaluru, including Forum Mall, Falcon City, South Bangalore, Konanakunte Cross Metro Station, and Anjanadri Layout, Konanakunte.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an outstanding dining experience, serving them promptly and attentively.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu to inform customers about food options and ongoing promotions, responding to any inquiries.
- Accurately record orders on guest tickets and promptly enter them into the POS system.
- Follow legal alcohol service protocols, verifying age and preventing guest intoxication.
- Handle financial transactions correctly, including credit card processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at service stations, setting up and breaking down tables as required.
- Carry out shift changes, opening, and closing tasks as scheduled.
- Comply with company safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support team members during busy periods as needed.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and managers.
- Consistently represent PizzaExpress positively.
