Waiter - Rondo

About the role

The Hoxton, Holborn is hiring a Waiter to join the Rondo team. This property is set inside a Grade II-listed former factory and telephone exchange in central London, and Rondo is its neighbourhood restaurant with a focus on seasonal British produce, overlooked ingredients, and wine. The venue is led by chef Tristan Downes and is positioned as a local dining spot for the Holborn area.

What you will do

• Act as the front-facing point of contact for guests and help shape the overall dining experience.
• Bring personality and energy to service while telling the story of the restaurant.
• Make sure guests feel welcomed and well looked after from arrival until departure.
