Job description

About Soap for Hope Canada

Soap for Hope Canada is a federally registered non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives by offering hope and dignity through hygiene. Collaborating with hotels, we divert hygiene amenities and linens away from landfills, reprocess these goods, and supply them free of charge to Community Facilities serving vulnerable populations. Since 2015, we have expanded our reach extensively, supporting over 550 community centers across British Columbia and Alberta, including shelters, transitional homes, food banks, low-income schools, seniors' programs, refugees, and Indigenous populations. Our program not only aids people in need but also significantly reduces landfill waste. We operate a busy facility with up to 20 volunteers daily, engaging people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
