Visual Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a Visual Designer to craft compelling visual content across multiple formats including video, static images, and GIFs. The ideal candidate will excel at conceptualizing ideas with strong visual reasoning, utilizing both traditional and AI-driven design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create frame-by-frame designs translating scripts into engaging video sequences with clear layouts and text placement ensuring smooth narrative flow.
• Design static advertisements, banners, thumbnails, and social media creatives alongside lightweight motion and GIF content that communicate clearly and attract attention.
• Employ typography, color, imagery, and layout principles to simplify messages and maintain consistent visual style and hierarchy across all media.
• Adapt creative concepts across different formats, producing multiple iterations while preserving brand and design consistency across platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to improve speed, creative exploration, and quality output, while staying current with new design technologies and workflows.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, fast-turnaround environment with motion designers, marketing, and content teams, managing end-to-end design execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma or comparable design software.
• Strong knowledge of layout, composition, typography, and visual storytelling techniques for video content.
• Experience in designing for mobile-first platforms with the ability to transition smoothly between static and video design projects.
• Capability to envision and create sequential visual narratives rather than isolated creatives.
