Securitas is hosting a virtual hiring event on 2/10/2026 for Security Officer openings. The company operates globally across 47 countries, employs more than 355,000 people, and serves over 150,000 clients. Openings and locations
There are Flex Officer opportunities in the Durham, Wilson, Selma, and Rocky Mount areas. Full-time and part-time roles are available in Rocky Mount, Cary, Fayetteville, and Wilson.
Pay and event details
Wages range from $16 to $20 per hour depending on the area and position. The virtual hiring event runs from 9:30am to 2:00pm EST.
Role summary
The Security Officer position is focused on helping maintain a safe, controlled, and orderly environment for clients. Duties include observing premises, patrolling different sites, enforcing site rules and directions, and supporting personnel, visitors, and others on location. The role also commonly involves assisting customers and employees with information and general service needs.
