About the Role

A-Create is seeking a skilled and imaginative Video Editor cum Videographer to join their team in Gurgaon. This is an on-site position targeting professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience who possess a passion for visual storytelling and video creation. Candidates will have the chance to engage with cutting-edge AI-driven creative tools to produce captivating video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, capture, and edit premium videos tailored for social media channels, marketing initiatives, and brand promotion activities.
• Record professional-grade footage including product showcases, corporate videos, and behind-the-scenes clips.
• Edit various video formats such as reels, shorts, YouTube content, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Leverage AI technology to enhance video production, generate visual elements, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
• Design attention-grabbing motion graphics, smooth transitions, and visual effects to elevate video quality.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to craft innovative content strategies.
• Ensure optimal formatting and quality for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and handle camera, lighting, and audio equipment effectively during all shooting sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva software.
• Experience working with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, along with lighting and audio gear.
• Basic familiarity with AI-based tools for video editing and content creation is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of shot composition, lighting, color grading, and narrative storytelling techniques.
• Independent work ethic with ability to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating your video shooting and editing expertise is mandatory.

Salary and Location

This full-time role is located on-site in Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR, offering a monthly salary range of INR 18,000 to INR 22,000.
