  • Develop and implement talent plans encompassing headcount management, critical role identification, succession, capability development, and consistent performance calibration based on company behaviors.
  • Direct cross-functional coordination of P&C operations, improving rhythm, ownership clarity, progress tracking, and execution of enterprise people priorities.
  • Use data analytics, HR systems, and automation to provide insights for talent strategy and business results improvement.
  • Partner with Legal to manage people-related risks, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and maintain scalable, culturally aligned policies.
  • Set vision, priorities, and measurable goals for the P&C generalist and operations teams; lead and develop directors and business partners through feedback, delegation, and succession planning.
  • Establish high-quality operational cadence including regular meetings, stakeholder reviews, talent assessments, and cross-team planning.
  • Foster an environment focused on psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Core Competencies

  • Expertise in organizational and talent diagnosis with ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Proficiency in systems, data analytics, and HR technology to optimize scalable solutions and employee experience.
  • Capabilities in leadership coaching, team facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications
