Vice President Human Resources

About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to steer the people strategy for a multi-site business services company with about 3,000 employees across the United States. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for directing the HR strategy, talent management, and workforce development during a phase of expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for all HR domains, including talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Design and improve recruitment approaches to support continued workforce growth across corporate and operational sectors.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary frameworks, incentive plans, and equitable pay practices.
• Collaborate with executive leaders on organizational design, succession plans, and leadership development initiatives.
• Supervise HR systems, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze workforce data, and optimize HR processes.
• Promote an inclusive, cooperative, and high-performance culture to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience.
• Prior experience as a senior HR executive, such as VP of Human Resources, within a multi-location organization.
• Proven ability to lead HR strategy and talent programs in a growing company.
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation, organizational development, HR operations, and workforce planning.
• Experience in fast-growing companies preferred.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or advanced degrees are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging between $230,000 and $330,000, dependent on experience.
