Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi requires the Verifier to meticulously review and validate data, documentation, and records to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include cross-verifying information with original sources, detecting discrepancies, and updating database entries accordingly. The role mandates close cooperation with operational and support teams, adherence to established verification protocols, and achievement of efficiency and quality benchmarks. Additionally, the Verifier is responsible for maintaining detailed logs, creating straightforward verification reports, and effectively communicating with internal units to address issues.
Essential Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision with an aptitude for spotting inconsistencies or errors in data and documents.
- Competence in fundamental computer software such as Microsoft Office and data entry platforms, with ease in handling digital records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal coordination.
- Capability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently to handle multiple verification assignments within deadlines.
- Ability to adhere strictly to standard operating procedures within a process-oriented and quality-centric environment.
- Preparedness to work on-site in Rawalpindi and collaborate with diverse teams within a BPO setup.
- Previous experience in data validation, quality control, or back-office functions is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma, although a college degree in relevant disciplines such as business, IT, or commerce is preferable.
