Venture Partner

Role Overview

As a Venture Partner, you will engage with potential investors to share company progress and secure further funding. You will play a pivotal role in structuring and leading investment deals involving angel investor groups, funds, and corporate partners. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough due diligence to assess business proposals, providing strategic advice to company founders, and proactively identifying potential issues to safeguard company interests.

Communication & Negotiation

You will maintain relationships with existing investors to keep them informed and satisfied, negotiate deals with partners, suppliers, and customers, as well as collaborate regularly with counterparts at other venture firms to explore opportunities across industries and regions.

Financial & Strategic Guidance

Part of your role includes advising on enhancing financial outcomes by boosting sales, cutting costs, and uncovering new revenue channels.
