Job Overview

The User Experience Researcher spearheads the gathering, entry, processing, and analysis of data derived from user-centered studies focused on current and emerging technology designed to assist individuals with disabilities. This position involves leading research project design, participant recruitment, safeguarding data integrity and security, and preparing user experience research documentation including reports, scholarly publications, and grant requests. Active collaboration with project sponsors and various stakeholders within and beyond the Shepherd Center is integral.

Successful candidates will demonstrate both autonomy in executing research and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, collaborative spirit, critical analysis, and creative problem-solving skills are pivotal for accomplishment in this role.
