Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from zero to three years in US IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with US visa classifications including H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN visas.
• Knowledge of various US tax terms relevant to recruitment processes.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of US job portals for sourcing candidates.
• Willing and able to work from the Hyderabad office during night shift hours.
