About the Role
Gini is seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer to tackle complex design challenges while taking full ownership from initial concept through to final delivery in a collaborative product-focused environment. This role involves working across the Insights and Extraction Platform product teams, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to build scalable design processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences with an emphasis on mobile platforms within B2B SaaS contexts.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to transform intricate workflows into simple, effective product interfaces.
- Lead design efforts from discovery phases through user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI delivery.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across teams.
- Apply a strong product design approach, ensuring design choices align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX design focusing on native mobile applications for iOS and Android within complex platform or B2B SaaS environments.
- Proficient in user research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and managing design systems.
- Adept at simplifying complicated workflows into elegant and user-friendly product experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Excellent visual design capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to independently take ownership and influence design quality across teams.
- Fluent in German and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
