Role Overview

As a UX/UI Design Intern, you will partner with the design and product functions to shape the experience of the platform. Your work will include turning ideas into wireframes, mockups, and polished interface designs for web-based products, improving usability across the AI interview experience, and supporting research efforts that inform design choices. You will also be expected to incorporate AI tools into your design workflow and collaborate closely with engineering and marketing to help launch new features.

Who This Role Suits

The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate from design or a related discipline. You should be comfortable using Figma or similar tools, understand core UX principles, and already be using AI in your workflow. The role also values independence, curiosity, collaboration, and a strong interest in creating simple, human-centered digital experiences. Interest in AI, HR technology, or startup environments is a plus.
