Transformation Analyst - Funds Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Transformation Analyst to join our Funds Operations team in Limerick. This contract position requires presence onsite three days a week and is initially for 9 months with the possibility of extensions. You will work in a stimulating environment focused on business transformation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing operational procedures to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Work closely with various teams across functions to deploy innovative solutions effectively.
• Prepare and update comprehensive process documentation to ensure transparency and compliance standards.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at operational personnel.
• Track and communicate the advancement of transformation projects, emphasizing both achievements and challenges.
• Interact with stakeholders to collect feedback that supports ongoing process refinement.

The contract offers daily rates with umbrella, limited company, and PAYE payment options.
