Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Manage client accounts independently, serving a diverse clientele ranging from organizations and associations to commercial businesses.
• Create strategic campaigns focused on maximizing donations and scaling projects successfully.
• Evaluate performance metrics and campaign data continuously to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce engaging marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for digital marketing with a desire to excel in performance marketing.
• Experience creating quality social media content.
• Preferably some knowledge or experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube Ads platforms.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Analytical skills, comfort with numbers, and interest in technology.
