Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Timesheet Lead to oversee the accurate and timely submission and processing of timesheets for our team. This role is crucial for ensuring precise payroll processing and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US timesheet management and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely submission of timesheets by employees and contractors.
Validate timesheet data for accuracy, including working hours, overtime, and project allocation, in line with company guidelines.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found in timesheets or related payroll information.
Collaborate effectively with payroll and finance departments to guarantee accurate and timely payments.
Provide support and guidance to staff regarding timesheet submission procedures.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Prior experience with US timesheet systems is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively and meet strict deadlines.

Working Days and Hours

The standard working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays as fixed off days. This position operates on a night shift schedule.
