Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding and reinforcing the sales and distribution network within the assigned area, primarily focusing on increasing the number of SIM and data selling outlets. This role involves ensuring robust servicing of existing clients and adapting sales strategies aligned with local market demographics and customer segments.
- Enhance the retail distribution network by maximizing SIM and data outlet presence in the territory.
- Provide comprehensive service to current customers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Analyze market characteristics and tailor sales strategies based on customer segmentation.
- Manage distribution effectiveness by monitoring channel profitability and satisfaction levels.
- Implement relationship management initiatives through continuous engagement with retailers and field sales executives (FSEs).
- Boost partner value by executing systematic marketing and merchandising campaigns directed at distributors, retailers, and FSEs.
- Prepare detailed market intelligence reports that capture evolving customer preferences and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the network team to assess and enhance the mobile network quality in the territory.
