Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, focusing on Ayurvedic products. The role involves engaging with new and current clients via phone to promote and sell health-related products, specifically Ayurveda medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and comprehend customer needs to recommend appropriate Ayurvedic solutions.
- Manage client inquiries promptly and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Conduct negotiations on pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly to management.
- Advise clients on health concerns such as acidity, skin conditions, piles, and fatty liver.
- Recommend suitable Ayurvedic medicines to address health issues.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls along with consistent follow-up communications.
- Keep accurate sales and client data updated in Google Sheets.
- Meet and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 INR.
