Telesales Executive

About the Role

Placement Point Solutions is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to bolster their team in Velachery, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging potential customers and driving sales growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone communication with prospective clients.
• Effectively present and describe the company's training programs and services to potential clients.
• Convert inquiries obtained via calls into confirmed admissions or clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested individuals to nurture leads.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements

• At least six months to two years of relevant experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or business development.
• Proficient in Tamil language (mandatory) alongside a good, functional knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong negotiation abilities.
• Preference will be given to female applicants.
