About the Role
Shubh Labh Developers And Infrastructure Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to enhance our sales team. This position involves proactive communication with potential clients, generating quality leads, organizing property site visits, and aiding the sales team in meeting their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone to introduce real estate offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads based on potential interest and buying capability.
- Coordinate and schedule site visit appointments between clients and sales personnel.
- Support the overall sales team in achieving the set targets through effective communication and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain positive rapport with potential buyers to encourage engagement.

Remuneration
