Position Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives to bolster our expanding team in Pune. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to present and explain various loan products, including education, personal, vehicle, home, and business loans. Candidates will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience while achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce financial loan options.
- Clearly communicate features and benefits of various loan products.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to promote trust and ongoing business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets with a customer-centric mindset.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is open to candidates who are freshers or have prior experience. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those available to join immediately due to urgent hiring requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- A fixed base salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
