Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to operate remotely from Mumbai. This role focuses on increasing business by generating leads through outbound calling and collaborating with teams for issue resolution and customer satisfaction enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate potential client leads through outbound telephonic communication to boost business growth.
- Work closely with internal departments to address concerns and enhance customer experience.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly goals related to lead generation, conversions, and client retention.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
- Possess a laptop, quality headset, reliable internet connectivity, and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
- Holds any undergraduate degree qualification.
- Has between 1 to 2 years of telecalling experience specifically in the banking or insurance industry.
Additional Information
The position allows full-time work from home while being based in Mumbai.
Monthly Salary Range: 24000 to 25000 INR.
