Telesales Associate

About the Role

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited is looking for a motivated Telesales Associate to promote a variety of banking products and services. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and driving sales by presenting appropriate banking solutions. The role requires teamwork to reach shared sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote banking products such as Insurance, Two-wheeler loan, Business loan, Personal loan, Home Loan, Current account, and Used car loan.
• Initiate and sustain communication with potential and existing clients, tailoring sales conversations according to their individual needs.
• Provide detailed information and answer customer questions to help them make informed decisions about the financial products offered.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Document sales efforts and customer interactions accurately for reporting and analysis purposes.

Additional Information

• Work hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Ride to work and back provided free of cost by the company.
• Work locations include Thane West and Juinagar in Mumbai.
