Telesales Agent

Position Overview

SmartBase.sa is seeking a Telesales Agent to join our sales team, operating primarily from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with flexible remote work options. This role involves engaging potential clients via outbound calls to promote our range of services, including Odoo ERP solutions, software development, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls to showcase SmartBase's products and services.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of Odoo ERP, customizing proposals to meet client requirements.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities or completed sales.
• Utilize Odoo CRM software to document calls, update lead information, and ensure accurate sales records.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical departments to provide cohesive solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Generate periodic reports covering sales activities, call outcomes, and campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in telesales, ideally within IT or ERP service sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with emphasis on Odoo.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills for telephone sales.
• Proficiency using CRM platforms, preferably Odoo CRM.
• Capability to work efficiently under deadlines in a team environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English communication.
