Role overview
Based in Dublin and working from the office, this full-time position is suited to someone who is highly organised, dependable, and proactive. The role supports telecoms customers and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. It is not a deeply technical IT role; instead, it focuses on customer help, coordination, administration, and problem-solving.
The successful candidate will be involved in customer support, installation scheduling, order management, supplier communication, and internal coordination to help deliver a smooth customer experience.
Key duties
- Serve as the initial contact for customer questions and support needs.
- Arrange broadband, phone system, and mobile service installations.
- Track customer orders and help ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Work with network providers, suppliers, and engineering teams.
- Keep internal systems updated and customer records accurate.
- Assist the sales team with onboarding new customers and related administration.
- Follow up on unresolved issues and keep customers updated on progress.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
