Telecalling Sales Executive - Ayurvedic Wellness Division

About the Role

Hardev Enterprises is seeking motivated male and female Telecalling Sales Executives to join our Ayurvedic Wellness Division. This is a work-from-home opportunity where employees will handle incoming customer calls, educate them about our products, and convert leads into sales through professional communication and follow-ups. The job includes product and sales training, live leads provided by the company, and excellent career growth prospects based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from interested customers.
• Clearly explain the benefits of Ayurvedic products.
• Guide potential customers to place orders and convert leads effectively.
• Maintain professional communication and conduct timely follow-ups.

Performance Expectations & Salary Structure

You are expected to achieve an average of 2 orders daily, approximately 60 to 70 delivered orders per month. Salary is performance-based calculated on successfully delivered orders and paid monthly as follows:

• Less than 30 orders: ₹140 per delivered order
• 30–39 orders: ₹4,500
• 40–49 orders: ₹6,200
• 50–59 orders: ₹8,000
• 60–69 orders: ₹9,900
• 70–79 orders: ₹11,900 (approx. ₹12,000 salary)
• 80–89 orders: ₹14,000
• 90–99 orders: ₹16,200
• 100–109 orders: ₹18,500
• 110–119 orders: ₹20,900
• 120–129 orders: ₹23,400
• 130–139 orders: ₹26,000
• 140–149 orders: ₹30,000
• 150+ orders: higher salary slabs available
