About the Role
Arihant Dream Infra Projects Ltd., a growing real estate company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, seeks a skilled Telecalling Executive to enhance its sales operations. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, generating valuable leads, scheduling property site visits, and assisting the sales team in meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using leads and databases provided by the company.
- Generate high-quality leads and arrange site visits for the sales team.
- Provide detailed information regarding project specifics, pricing, current offers, and payment options to prospective buyers.
- Consistently follow up with interested clients until deals are finalized.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely coordination of customer visits and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in real estate telecalling or telesales.
- Fluency in Hindi communication; English skills are an advantage.
- Proficient persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel, CRM systems, and computer operations.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive, self-driven attitude with customer service focus.
Job Details & Terms
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month, dependent on experience and interview performance.
- Work Location: Chokhi Dhani and Durgapura areas in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- Work Schedule: Six working days per week with one weekly off.
