About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Telecalling Operations professional to support day-to-day coordination and customer-facing activities. This position is centered on handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with operational follow-ups, and helping ensure a smooth service experience for users.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to jobseekers for coordination, updates, and follow-ups connected to operational work.
- Respond to inbound and outbound call requirements as part of regular service handling.
- Support customer queries and assist in maintaining seamless service delivery.
- Keep CRM records updated with customer conversations, feedback, and status changes.
- Follow quality guidelines and use approved call scripts while maintaining a professional communication style.
Skills and requirements
- Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and work efficiently within deadlines.
- Careful attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record keeping.
- Customer-first approach with good organizational ability.

Open to any graduate.
Compensation
The role offers a salary in the range of INR 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 per year.
