Job Overview
VGM Consultants urgently seeks 100 Telecalling Executives to work from office in Bengaluru. This role involves making both outbound and inbound calls to customers, offering information, and following up on payments or services. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills in regional languages (Tamil or Kannada) and maintain professional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound and manage inbound customer calls.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and services following established protocols.
- Keep detailed call records and update system databases accurately.
- Meet daily call quotas and performance goals.
- Communicate professionally and politely at all times with customers.
- Comply with company guidelines related to calling and data handling.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of PUC or graduate.
- Open to freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience.
- Fluency in Tamil for 30 vacancies, Kannada for 50 vacancies, and proficiency in English.
- Basic computing skills are necessary.
- DRA certification is preferred and linked to higher pay scales.
- Experience in collections, sales, or customer support is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuade customers.
- Active listening and a target-driven work ethic.
Compensation Details
- For PUC freshers: ₹13000 per month.
- PUC with experience: ₹14000 per month.
- Graduate freshers: ₹14000 per month.
- Graduates with experience in other domains or without experience letter: ₹15000 per month.
- Graduates with collections, sales, or customer support experience: ₹16000 per month.
- PUC holders with DRA certification: ₹16000 per month.
- Graduates with relevant experience and DRA certification: ₹17000 per month.
- Graduates with relevant experience, DRA certification, and police verification: ₹18000 per month.
Additional Information
- Candidates aged between 18 and 34 years are preferred.
- Rotational weekly offs are provided.
