Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, goal-driven Telecaller to manage patient inquiries, relay information about hospital treatments and doctors, follow up on leads from multiple channels, and schedule consultations or visits effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound patient calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about RIIMS Hospital's services, treatments, and specialist doctors.
- Follow up timely on leads originating from the website, social media, and advertisements.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.
- Guide interested patients towards hospital visits or doctor consultations.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment bookings.
- Handle patient queries with politeness and escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Consistently meet calling and appointment conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, healthcare, BPO, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with computers and basic CRM or Excel is required.
- Patient, polite, and persuasive communication style.
- Freshers with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply.
- Female candidates are preferred.
