Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
• Provide clear explanations of products and services to create customer interest.
• Identify qualified leads and arrange appointments or bookings according to campaign needs.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Keep precise records of calls and update the CRM database accordingly.
• Achieve daily targets related to calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
• Adhere to company guidelines and maintain quality standards in all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience ranging from six months to one year in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi languages.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage and typing abilities.
• Capability to establish rapport with customers effectively.
• Focus on targets combined with a positive and motivated mindset.
• Minimum educational qualification of completion of 12th grade or graduation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in BPO operations, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales environments.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms is considered beneficial.
