Telecaller - Fundraising Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Fundraising Executive/Telecaller to act as the representative voice of our organization. This role involves contacting prospective donors, raising awareness about our programs, and motivating people to contribute, ideal for those passionate about social causes with confidence and empathy.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written, with strong persuasion abilities.
• Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade; graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Empathetic listener who patiently engages with people.
• Capable of understanding the organization's work and explaining it effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential donors by phone to inform them of the organization's initiatives.
• Develop and sustain relationships with donors and supporters.
• Ensure donor data is accurately maintained and up to date.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly fixed day off on Sunday
