Job Overview
This role involves managing franchise-related inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. The telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and explaining the company’s franchise model, along with investment and business prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming franchise inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Generate potential franchise leads and actively pursue follow-ups.
- Explain franchise models, investment requirements, and business opportunities clearly to prospects.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Franchise Sales Manager efficiently.
- Maintain and update records of leads and customer interactions using Excel or CRM tools.
- Prepare and distribute franchise proposals and necessary documentation.
- Continue engagement with prospects until the franchise agreements are finalized.
- Assist in compiling sales reports and daily activity updates.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with potential franchisees.
Requirements
- Graduation or equivalent academic qualification.
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or franchise sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities in Hindi, with basic English proficiency.
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong customer follow-up and service skills.
- Positive mindset, self-driven, and goal-oriented approach.
