About the Role
Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited is seeking a Tele Counsellor to join their call centre team. This position's primary responsibility is to engage prospective students through outgoing calls, offering them comprehensive details about aviation courses and motivating them to attend free career counselling sessions at the company's institutes.
Work Schedule
The job operates Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Sundays off as a fixed weekly holiday.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: Graduate, Undergraduate, or 12th pass with results declared.
- Experience requirement: At least 6 months in outbound tele-calling roles.
- Age limit: 18 to 34 years.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory for successful communication; knowledge of Tamil is also important.
- Open to all genders.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students to explain course offerings.
- Provide detailed information to prospects and invite them to free career counselling sessions.
- Perform regular follow-ups to ensure attendance at the centers.
- Maintain engagement with candidates to convert leads effectively.
Compensation Details
The salary for this role ranges between INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 per month (in-hand). There is scope for salary increments depending on the current remuneration and performance.
