Position Overview
We seek an AI Content Operations Strategist to join a customer help and education team supporting a widely used digital platform. This contract role, based remotely in Ireland, offers a salary starting at €71,000 pro rata and extends through December 31, 2026, with potential for extension.
Daily Responsibilities
- Diagnose chatbot malfunctions performing root cause analysis to resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze feedback and support trends to derive actionable insights improving user experience.
- Enhance AI-powered system content, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based solutions.
- Create, update, and optimize help center and support documentation.
- Manage chatbot prompt revisions and back automation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to address user-facing challenges.
- Participate in AI-centered projects by experimenting with new methodologies and scaling support operations.
- Handle multiple urgent priorities while adhering to tight service level goals.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in content strategy, technical writing, content operations, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, chatbots, or AI-driven content.
- Strong communication skills with aptitude for resolving ambiguous problems and fostering cross-team collaboration.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, Jira, customer support content, digital products, or interfacing with engineering teams is advantageous.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of self-driven ownership with limited supervision.
- Candidates must reside in Ireland and possess full legal authorization to work there.
Contract & Compensation
This is a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026, flexible for extension. The role is remote within Ireland and offers a salary starting at €71,000 per annum on a pro-rata basis.
