Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, including Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, and meeting room technologies.
  • Deliver practical support and resolve issues related to meeting room AV setups such as Polycom, Cisco video conferencing gear, Clickshare, and Microsoft Teams rooms.
  • Manage cable identification and provide physical assistance for passive network equipment like patch panels and server racks, ensuring proper connectivity.
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are fully functional, prepared for scheduled sessions, and pre-tested for important meetings.
  • Handle IT asset and inventory processes involving tagging, monitoring, and reporting, as well as managing support tickets through the internal ticketing system with prompt and professional follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or technical technician roles.
  • Proficiency in supporting meeting room audiovisual technologies such as Polycom, Cisco Webex, Board Meeting room systems, and Microsoft Teams rooms.
