About the Role
SandeshServices.com is looking to hire a proficient Technical Support Executive experienced in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, or CPaaS platforms. The role involves delivering expert technical assistance to clients using our enterprise messaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated technical support for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS messaging services.
- Assist clients with API integration, webhook setup, chatbot configuration, and troubleshoot issues.
- Handle configuration of sender IDs, DLT templates, WhatsApp messaging templates, and campaign management.
- Identify and resolve challenges relating to message delivery, API functionality, and platform performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal developers and external vendors to solve technical problems.
- Communicate efficiently with customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote assistance tools.
- Document support activities accurately and ensure prompt resolution of tickets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Bulk SMS services, WhatsApp Business API, or Cloud Communications platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of SMS gateways, RESTful APIs, and WhatsApp APIs.
- Skilled in using JSON format, Postman for API testing, and webhook configurations.
- Understanding of DLT registration, sender ID management, and messaging template creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in companies providing Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, voice solutions, or omnichannel communication services is advantageous.
Salary
An attractive salary package between 15000 to 25000 INR per month will be offered, based on experience and expertise.
