About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist with 4 to 8 years of professional experience to join a leading multinational fire safety company. This role involves providing support for fire detection and prevention systems, addressing technical inquiries, designing customized system solutions, and facilitating training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance related to fire detection and prevention technologies.
- Resolve technical queries related to fire alarm systems and associated components.
- Design and estimate system layouts and solutions using relevant tools.
- Conduct training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in fire safety systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or any other Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience working with fire alarm systems.
- Proficient knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Air Sampling Smoke Detection (ASD) technology.
- Expertise in AutoCAD for system design and drafting.
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Ready and willing to undertake travel as part of the job.
